Join us in supporting a life-saving cause and showing the power of the SMCC community. This summer, SMCC is proud to once again be the host site for the Tri for a Cure—and we’re inviting you to join in the action and represent the SeaWolves on Sunday, July 20.
Tri for a Cure is Maine’s only all-women’s triathlon, organized by the Maine Cancer Foundation. Each year, thousands of participants come together to swim, bike, and run to support cancer research, prevention, and patient support services in Maine. It’s a celebration of strength, community, and hope—and this year, we want Team SMCC to show up strong.
Rally Together and Show Your SMCC Pride by Signing up to Participate
Whether you want to compete solo or as part of a relay team, this is your chance to stand with the SMCC community to support a great cause. Relays get particularly fun with choosing team names and cheering each other on!
SMCC students, staff, and faculty can participate for FREE using a special registration code.
All SMCC participants will also receive a swag bag in recognition of their efforts and for representing our College by taking part in this meaningful event.
If you have a story that connects to your personal experiences and/or the Maine Cancer Foundation/Tri-for-a-Cure we want to hear from you – your story matters!
