What is the MySMCC Portal?

The MySMCC portal is the go-to website for enrolled students and employees to find important information and links to various tools and platforms such as Anthology and Brightspace.

Current Students

You should have already set up or received an invitation to setup your @mainecc.edu email account. You can search your @smccME.edu email account for an email from ithelp@mainecc.edu with this info.

You should have received an invite to set up your @mainecc.edu email account on or around March 17. If you have issues accessing your user account or logging in, contact our IT Help Desk at 207-331-9666 or ithelp@mainecc.edu.

Current Student registration for Summer is open. Fall registration starts on Tuesday, April 22. You will register using the Anthology portal which you can access by:

New Students

We’re so excited that you’ve been accepted and can’t wait for you to become an SMCC Seawolf!

  1. Keep an eye on the personal email you applied with for an invite to set up your @mainecc.edu email address and login. You will need this to access helpful tools and register for classes.
  2. Learn about and register for a New Student Advising Session.
  3. Feel free to explore the MySMCC portal to complete items included in your Accepted Student Checklist.

Employees

The new MySMCC portal is easy to navigate and we’ve created resources that can help you learn how to navigate this new environment, which are included below.

Once logged into the portal you can also access these resources anytime by visiting the Navigating the MySMCC Portal for Employees webpage.

Please Note: You may need to complete some functions, such as entering grades, in the former MySMCC environment (Jenzabar) through the end of the Spring semester. Keep an eye out regarding communication around this.

  • Immediately: If you see changes or updates that you would like to submit for consideration, please email amullen@mainecc.edu and kmunksgaard@mainecc.edu, as well as your direct supervisor, to request these changes.
  • In the Future: The College’s executive team has identified users in their departments who will have access to edit and update particular pages relevant to their departments. Training resources and branding guidelines will be provided to users with editing access. Those with editing rights can anticipate an email with more information to come.
